By accessing and using Rebalance Analytica ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age required by Google to use their services) to create an account.By signing in with Google, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rebalance Analytica, operated by Rebalance Analytica ("we," "us," or "our"), is an informational service that tracks AI-powered ETF rebalancing events. The Service provides data and informational content related to publicly traded exchange-traded funds.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. By doing so, you agree to the following:

  • Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used to create and manage your account on our Service.
  • Google Terms Compliance: You must comply with Google's Terms of Service when using Google Sign-In. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your Google account.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from compromised Google credentials.
  • One Account Per User: Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in account termination.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
  • Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the "Delete Account" option in your user menu. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers. To revoke our access to your Google account, visit your Google Security Settings.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
